LEMCO will develop Financial Delivery Models for our projects. Based on the concept that a Financial Delivery Model can provide a complete service-delivery strategy that brings into line processes, people, technology and an organisation. We will make an impact by implementing finance functions that take a systematic and comprehensive method that monitors the needs of consumers and the local community to become a trusted partner.
Firstly, LEMCO knows that indigenous communities require decision support, which we can provide through analysis. These communities value perceptive and relevant information hence, we initially focus on four elements, the process, organisation, people and technology. Indigenous communities are best assisted through utilising processes that are customised and flexible.
To ensure the success of Financial Delivery Models, there must be appropriate and relevant support networks in place. This begins with leadership that is committed to encouraging flexibility enthusiasm and change and is supported by a team that is able to view things as though they are the consumer. At LEMCO we know that our approaches benefit indigenous communities. This is because everything we do revolves around them.
Financial Delivery Models have been established to ensure that the financial rewards of our sustainable development initiatives are substantial but most importantly that they are shared equitably.
